At Charterwood Homes we are always seeking suitable residential development land with or without planning permission. We are happy to consider both greenfield sites and previously developed land which may include existing buildings for demolition. Ideally the land should be suitable for two units or more, although we will consider large single plots.

Our preferred areas for development are Suffolk, Essex, and North East London. We are happy to purchase outright or enter into an option agreement. Alternatively we will consider joint ventures with the land owner.
